We encountered a dirty room with a sticky bath floor and a surprise in the shower, but the front desk staff was friendly and the breakfast was excellent. We appreciate the effort to make it right. Overall I recommend this hotel.

The staff here were absolutely amazing, providing exceptional service with a super friendly attitude! the rooms were comfortable, featuring mind-blowingly comfortable beds. the breakfast was top-notch with warm cinnamon buns every day. Just a hop and a skip away is the Sutter Butte Brewery, offering jaw-droppingly great beers and delicious burgers. Plus, the front desk staff were incredibly friendly, ensuring a great stay overall.

The staff was mind-blowingly helpful and gave us exceptional service. the comfy beds were super cozy, with warm cinnamon buns at breakfast. the nearby brewery with great beers and burgers was jaw-droppingly fun. Free parking, late check-in/out, and friendly staff were super convenient bonuses.
